This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of sensitive professional and personal data provided by religious scholars registering on the Scholar-Divinifyy platform. We are committed to safeguarding your private information and maintaining the highest standard of verification safety.
02Professional & personal information collection
- Personal identifiers. Full legal name, mobile phone number, email address, residential address, profile photograph, and biographical statement.
- KYC & credentials. Degrees, religious ordination certificates, verification documents, selfie photos, and government-issued IDs (Passport, National ID/Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence).
- Financial payout data. Bank account number, IFSC code, account holder name, and PAN tax details required to disburse earnings payouts.
- Geolocation mapping. Real-time GPS location coordinates and operational radius when marked ‘Online/Active’ to locate and dispatch nearby in-person ceremony bookings.
- Performance records. Booking completion records, session durations, customer review ratings, cancellation logs, and payout ledger statements.
03Location mapping & availability
To match you with nearby service bookings, we track and display your geolocation and operational radius while active. You can adjust your availability schedules and service operational boundaries at any time in the scholar app settings.
04Identity verification safeguards
Your submitted ID documents and credentials are used exclusively by our administration team to authenticate your profile. These documents are stored on secure, encrypted cloud storage buckets and are never shared with customers or external marketing third parties.
05Payout & financial integrity
Bank account details provided for payouts are processed and managed through secure financial partners. Divinifyy maintains strict compliance with financial regulations and tax compliance policies concerning contractor payouts and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
